Terminate Banner Account(s)
If a user terminates employment at UNCG, or changes job duties such that Banner access is no longer required, it is the responsibility of the supervisor to request that the user's access to Banner is terminated.
Please submit the Request to Modify or Terminate Banner Account(s) form (PDF: requires a reader such as Adobe Reader) to the appropriate Module Area Security Contact noted below (if user has access to more than one Banner module, the form may be routed to any one of the appropriate Module Area Security Contacts).
