Update User Name Request

To update your computing account username at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG), please complete the Update User Name Request form (PDF: requires a reader such as Adobe Reader) located on the UNCG Forms tab in 6-TECH Online. The completed form should be printed and mailed to:

ITS Service Desk, 103 McNutt Building

NOTE:
Due to technical complications, UNCG ITS is unable to perform computer account name changes and has placed a temporary hold on name changes while it continues to research and develop a solution that allows name changes in iSpartan. We expect this issue to be resolved in the near future.
