Compliance and Business Continuity
The Information Technology Services Office of Compliance and Business Continuity is charged with ensuring university compliance with select federal and state regulations, coordination of the Information Systems General Controls Audit conducted by the NC Office of the State Auditor, and with development and maintenance of the UNCG information systems business continuity and disaster recovery plan.
The Associate Vice Chancellor is the UNCG DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Agent and the HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) Security Officer.
