There are a variety of exciting full-time opportunities within the departments that compose Information Technology Services (ITS) at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG). These jobs range from programmers to managers to help desk analysts. ITS Service Desk Opportunities

The ITS Service Desk provides professional level telephone-based support to the UNCG community. Student analysts gain relevant technical experience while learning new technologies and supporting vital campus technical services. Customer service experience helpful. Non-technical backgrounds welcome. Competitive hire.

Lab Consultant Opportunities

ITS employs approximately 100 student consultants in the computer labs. In order to apply for one of these part-time student employee positions, please fill out an application, print it, and submit it to the SuperLab Walk-in Center located in the Jackson Library.

6-TECH Service Center Opportunities

The 6-TECH Service Center employs students for customer support in software, wireless connectivity, and other services. Applications are available at the link below and at the 6-TECH Service Center, located in the lobby of the McNutt Building.
