Full Time Opportunities

There are a variety of exciting full-time opportunities within the five departments that compose Information Technology Services (ITS) at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG). These jobs range from programmers to managers to help desk analysts. Some of the many benefits of working with the UNCG team include health care coverage plans, vision plans, dental plans, tuition reimbursement, and paid vacation. In order to apply for an opening, applicants must fill out the UNCG employment application and return it to the department of Human Resources by the stated deadline for the job.

Lab Consultant Opportunities

ITS employs approximately 100 student consultants in the computer labs. In order to apply for one of these part-time student employee positions, please fill out an application, print it, and submit it to the SuperLab Walk-in Center located in the Jackson Library.

ITS Service Desk Opportunities

The ITS Service Desk provides professional level telephone-based support to the UNCG community. Student analysts gain relevant technical experience while learning new technologies and supporting vital campus technical services. Customer service experience helpful. Non-technical backgrounds welcome. Competitive hire.
