Getting Help
Information Technology Services (ITS) offers several types of technical support: online documentation, telephone support, the SuperLab Student Help Center, and training classes.
Online Information
SuperLab
The SuperLab, located on the first floor of the Jackson Library, has a Student Help Center where students can obtain help with their questions about lab software or the labs in general.
Technology Support Center
Beginning the fall of 2006, a walk-in support center offering warranty repair and other services will be available to users who purchased a laptop through the Student Laptop Program.
