Getting Help
Information Technology Services (ITS) offers several types of technical support: online documentation, telephone support, a walk-in support center, and training classes.
Walk-in Support Center
The Laptop Support Center (LSC), offering warranty repair and other services, is available to users who purchased a laptop through the Student Laptop Initiative.
This Center is located in 354 McIver Building and the hours of operation are:
- Sunday, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- We are currently closed on Saturday.
- Be sure to check the Breaks and Holiday Schedule for Fall break, Thanksgiving break, and the Winter interim for the Laptop Support Center hours and openings.
