Getting Help
Information Technology Services (ITS) offers several types of technical
support: online documentation, telephone support, a walk-in support center, and
training classes.
Walk-in Support Center
The Technology Support Center (TSC), located in 101 Forney Building, offers warranty repair and other services to users who purchased a laptop through the Student Laptop
Program. Visit the TSC website for more information, including hours of operation. You can email the TSC at techsc@uncg.edu.
