Getting Help
Information Technology Services (ITS) offers several types of technical
support: online documentation, telephone support, a walk-in support center, and
training classes.
Walk-in Support Center
The Technology Support Center (TSC), offering warranty repair and other services, is available to users who purchased a laptop through the Student Laptop Program.
This center is located in 101 Forney Building and the hours of operation are:
- Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Saturday/Sunday - CLOSED
