Technology Support Center
The Technology Support Center (TSC) offers full support for laptops purchased through the Student Laptop Program. We are located in Suite 101, Forney Building.
Our hours for the Thanksgiving Holiday are:
- Monday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Tuesday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Thursday and Friday, University CLOSED
Stop by the TSC, where we offer:
- Wireless support for all laptops meeting UNCG's minimum requirements
- Laptops available for hands-on demonstrations
- Purchase and configuration information
- Hardware and software repair for student-owned computers
Note: This level of support is available only for Lenovo and Apple laptops purchased through the Student Laptop Program.
