What: Self-Service Reset Page and Account Creation services unavailable
- Due to technical issues, clients are currently unavailable to create accounts or reset passwords using the Self-Service Password Reset page
- ITS is aware of this problem, and is working on a resolution
- While there is currently no definite resolution time, updates will be posted via email and online (at http://its.uncg.edu/News) detailing the situation
