- Why: To upgrade underlying Oracle database technology for Banner

Information Technology Services (ITS) is upgrading the underlying Oracle database technology for Banner.
The following systems will be unavailable starting 2 PM, Saturday, March 8th:
- Internet Native Banner (INB)
- UNCGenie
- Online Campus Directory
- Self Service Password Reset
- UNCG Computer Account Creation
- Direct Campaign Donation
- e~Print
- AppWorx
- Nolijweb Document Imaging
- Financial Aid Phone & Web Chat Authentication
- Blackboard Course Registration Synchronization
- Operational Data Store (ODS)
Once the upgrade has been completed, the services will be restored. All Banner-based services should be available no later than 7 AM, Tuesday, March 11th .
All Banner account holders will receive an email prior to shutdown and again, once services are restored.
