Update: The Blackboard service outage has been resolved.

What: Blackboard Service Outage
This morning, UNCG iSchool users began experiencing Blackboard service issues due to technical difficulties with the hardware that supports the bb.uncg.edu Blackboard environment. Information Technology Services (ITS) is currently working with Blackboard to troubleshoot and repair the cause of the outage and hopes to have service restored as soon as possible.
