Temporary Hold on Computer Account Name Changes

- When: After UNCG goes live with iSpartan
Due to technical complications, UNCG ITS will be unable to perform computer account name changes temporarily after UNCG goes live with iSpartan. We expect this issue to be resolved in the near future. However, ITS recommends that students, faculty, and staff perform known name changes prior to Friday, August 1st. After this date, ITS will place a temporary hold on name changes while it continues to research and develop a solution that allows name changes in iSpartan. We anticipate this temporary hold will last 90-120 days.
