  • Why: The voice mail system is experiencing hard drive problems
  • When:This should be done as soon as possible because there is risk of loss should the system hardware fail. For assistance with backing up your voice mail messages, please contact 6-TECH at (336) 256-TECH (8324) or 6TECH@uncg.edu.

Due to hard drive problems with the voice mail system, ITS suggests you backup any voice mails that must be retained for legal or business purposes
