- What: Scheduled upgrade has caused login problems
- Client Impact: You may have trouble logging in to services such as Blackboard, iSpartan, and e-Spartan
- Client Action: Do not change your password - this will not fix the problem. Please try to login again later this morning.
Directory services became unavailable this morning after a scheduled system upgrade. A fix has been implemented to correct this problem, but this fix will take time to update across all UNCG systems.
If you are unable to login, please be patient. All systems should be working properly before noon.
