Some Services Delayed Due to System Maintenance

11 February 2009

Due to maintenance being performed on UNCG authentication systems, users may experience a delay in requests related to account creation, account modifications or password resets. Below is a table of the time period and systems affected:

Time Service Impacted
12 Noon - 1 PM Account and password changes will be delayed 1 hour
2 - 3 PM Account and password changes in Lotus will be delayed 1 hour; outbound email delayed
3 - 4 PM Account and password changes in Remedy will be delayed 1 hour; outbound email delayed
4 - 5 PM Account creation to iSpartan/Google will be delayed 1 hour; outbound email delayed
