- What: Novell account creation will be delayed for most of the day (including the Self-Service Password Reset page)
- When: Friday, January 9th, 8 AM - 4 PM
- Why: Upgrade and move of components within the Novell environment
- Client Action: None
The Self-Service Password Reset form will be offline for most of the day. If the change is complete before 4:00 PM, Information Technology Services will restore the password reset page earlier.
