QuickTime Security Threat

Apple has just released an updated version of QuickTime (version 7.6.2) to fix several vulnerabilities that have been discovered with the software. The new version is available for Mac OS X, Windows XP and Windows Vista.

You can update your version of QuickTime via the Software Update utility (Mac OS X) or Apple's Windows Automatic Software Update tool (Windows) - or by going to the QuickTime Downloads site.
