Update: Issue with iSpartan & Internet Explorer 7

Google has remedied the problem reported earlier. If you continue to encounter difficulties, please contact 6-TECH at (336) 256-TECH (8324) or 6-TECH@uncg.edu.

 

FastFacts

  • Who: Students using iSpartan
  • What: When using iSpartan with Internet Explorer 7, you may be unable to view new messages or compose messages.
  • Action: Use the "Older version" of Gmail.

Some iSpartan users may have recently started experiencing problems while trying to read or compose email in Internet Explorer 7. For now, the workaround is to use the "Older version" of Gmail:

  1. Login to iSpartan.

  2. In the upper-right corner, click on Older version.

  3. Continue to read and compose email normally.
