Emergency Banner Downtime - UPDATE

The problem with Banner has been corrected and the following services have been restored:
INB, UNCGenie, Workflow, Self-Service password reset, iSqlplus, Webfocus reporting from Banner production, UNCG Computer Account Creation, Nolijweb Document Imaging, Financial Aud Phone and Web Chat Authentication, and Blackboard Course Registration Synchronization.

UNCG Information Technology Services is still experiencing problems with Banner which is also affecting the following related services:
- INB
- UNCGenie
- Workflow
- Appworx
- Self-Service password reset
- iSqlplus
- Webfocus reporting from Banner production
- UNCG Computer Account Creation
- Nolijweb Document Imaging
- Financial Aud Phone and Web Chat Authentication
- Blackboard Course Registration Synchronization
ITS continues to work towards a resolution, and will send a message when Banner and related services are restored.
