Server maintenance for email delivery and some UNIX services

Servers supporting campus email transport and some UNIX log in services will undergo routine maintenance on Sunday, 11/8 from 5 to 11 AM.
This may cause delays in mail delivery between the Lotus notes email system and the internet (including iSpartan/GMAIL) during the maintenance window. Also effected will be mail for the list processor and Mach5. Mail for these systems will be queued for delivery once maintenance is complete.
Other servers supporting the UNIX login service for content changes to WWW web service and login service supporting research, and academic UNIX will also be undergoing maintenance during this period. Accordingly FTP, SFTP, Telnet, & SSH to these servers will be subject to interruption during the maintenance window.
Impacted servers are
- euler (ftp, telnet, ssh)
- genlogin1 (ssh, sftp)
- prdlistsrv1 (listproc)
- prdbulkmail (some mach5 mail services)
- prdpmx7 (1/2 of incoming mail from off campus)
- prdpmx8 (incoming mail server to lotus)
