Update: Services Restored

Information Technology Services has restored full functionality to the following services:
- Blackboard
- INB
- eSpartan
- iSpartan
- MyFiles
- iPrint
- Remedy
The service unavailability was caused by hardware failure of the network traffic load balancer.
