    • Enter your iSpartan ID and password and click Sign in.
    • You will be taken to the Office 365 homepage.

  2. My password is not working on the UNCG Authentication page.
    • You do not need to include "@uncg.edu" after your iSpartan ID. If you included it when attempting to log in, try again and don't include “@uncg.edu.”
    • If your password continues to not work, you may need to reset your password at http://reset.uncg.edu.
    • If you are seeing an error after the UNCG Authentication page has disappeared, then this is likely not a problem with your password and may be an application issue. Please contact 6-TECH at 336-TECH (8324) for application support.
