Service Assurance/Project Management
Project management in Information Technology Services (ITS) is centered around the Service Assurance/Project Management Office (SA/PM). The office's interim leader is Ginger Moore. The SA/PM acts as the tactical bridge between University information technology goals and client needs.
ITS projects are framed by project management methodology which describes the terms of work as agreed upon by the clients who request the work and the ITS managers who will direct staff to perform the work.
