UNCG IT Professionals Round Table
A forum designed to:
- Provide a place for open exchange of information between Information Technology Services (ITS), central IT organization, and unit technical staff.
- Provide opportunities for education and training on specific topics.
- Provide a way for ITS to get input on campus technology needs.
- Share information regarding existing or planned technology implementation projects.

IT Round Table Resources
These meetings are technical in nature. Some meetings will be followed by a training session or a focused discussion on a specific topic. In some cases, topics covered in training will require privileges available only to those who have completed the ITS Technical Certification program. If you wish to sign up to receive upcoming agendas and notes taken at the round table forums, please fill out the listserv signup.
Regular meetings will be held on the second Wednesday of each month and will be one hour in length. They will be attended by ITS senior management or a designated representative. An agenda will be determined and circulated by the ITS Communications Office at least one week prior to each meeting.
Once per quarter, meetings will include non-technical ITS liaisons in addition to technical staff. These particular meetings will focus on topics of interest to this broader audience, such as high-level overviews of upcoming changes, software licensing, and so forth.
Minutes will be taken at each meeting and posted in a location where all group members can have access. A Lotus distribution list and/or other electronic forum will be established for communication.
