Service: Hunt Group
A hunt group enables callers to dial one number that the system will distribute among a group of phones. When callers dial your primary phone number, that call is directed to the members of your hunt group who are logged in.
Hunt groups provide a way for departments to distribute incoming calls among a specified group of employees. Agents can log in or out of the system based on their availability to take calls. The order in which the members of the hunt group are listed determines the call direction order, and the first available member who is not busy receives the call.
Set up and installation costs vary, depending on the number of agents to be set up.
