Service: Internet Connections
Wired (Ethernet) access to the UNCG campus network is widely available across campus, in faculty and staff offices, classrooms, lecture halls, auditoriums, conference rooms, computer laboratories, study areas, point-of-sale locations, vending machine locations, common areas, and ATM machine locations.
Every UNCG faculty and staff member is entitled to two 1 Gb wired network data ports in his or her office at no cost to the department.
Wireless access to the UNCG campus network is widely available across campus in all academic buildings, Elliot University Center, the Library, dining halls, residence halls, outdoor common areas, and some administrative buildings.
