Spam Control
UNCG spam and virus protection is handled through a product called Google Message Security (GMS).
- SPAM - GMS filters and quarantines spam before it reaches your inbox.

VIRUS - Messages infected with known viruses are automatically "bounced back" to the sender.
- Each day you will receive a Quarantine Summary, via email, of the messages that have been quarantined. The blocked messages are saved for 14 days. You have the ability to login to your GMS Message Center to view messages that have been quarantined and deliver any of them to your email inbox.
