Copy Preparation
- Files for print should be formatted in Microsoft Word 2007 (PC) or Word 2008 (Mac).
- Files for the Web should be in HTML, Word 2007 (PC), Word 2008 (Mac), or text-only format. We also will accept PDF files.
- Images should be in JPEG, GIF, or PNG format. They should be no wider than 475 pixels and no taller than 400 pixels.
- File names should be descriptive and should contain no spaces.
