Copy Preparation
- Files for print should be formatted in Microsoft Word 2003.
- Files for the Web should be in HTML, Word 2003, or text-only format. We also will accept PDF files and PowerPoint 2003 presentations.
- Images should be in JPEG, GIF, or PNG format. They should be no wider than 475 pixels and no taller than 400 pixels.
- File names should be descriptive and should contain no spaces.
