Response to Circumvention of System Security Form
The purpose of this form is to inform the management of the University of a technology policy violation that relates to a circumvention of system security. The results on this form will be sent initially to the Security Office (specifically to Chuck Curry) who will handle it directly or forward it to the appropriate manager. One possible use of this form would be when a user violates the Acceptable Use of Computing and Electronic Resources policy and shares his account with another person at UNCG (section III.C.i.e.).
Note: Other violations of policy that are not related to the circumvention of system security should be entered in the Policy and Procedure Violation Report.
