Technology-Related Survey Results
The Division of Information Technology Services employs many different client satisfaction surveys to evaluate its effectiveness in supporting central technology services, including the University phone system, computing services, the wired and wireless network, desktop software packages, computer training, computer labs, technical support, and interactive video (TeleLearning) services. Below are results from several of these surveys.
