Telephone Services wants to provide you with the most convenient and easy-to-use telephone system possible. Our communications system is tailored to meet the needs of UNCG resident students, faculty, and staff.
Getting Help
For assistance, you may contact Telephone Services, Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm at 336-334-5937. The UNCG Telephone Services Business Office is located at The Surplus Warehouse at 2900 Oakland Avenue. To request assistance online, simply fill out one of our Service Request Forms.
Campus Directory
The campus directory is available online in two formats:
