Telephone Support

Telephone Services wants to provide you with the most convenient and easy-to-use telephone system possible. Our communications system is tailored to meet the needs of UNCG faculty and staff.

Getting Help

For assistance, you may contact Telephone Services, Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm at 336-334-5937. The UNCG Telephone Services Business Office is located in 235 Bryan Building. To request assistance online, simply fill out one of our Service Request Forms.
