Telephone Trouble Report Form

Telephone Services coordinates all contact with BellSouth. If you are having trouble with your telephone, please test your telephone on another telephone jack. If your equipment works correctly, then call Telephone Services 24 hours a day at 334-3616, or fill out the form below.

Telephone Services will repair University owned lines and equipment leased from Telephone Services at no charge. If the problem is in your privately owned equipment, you need to arrange for repair with the seller of the equipment or another repair service. UNCG Telephone Services does not repair or service privately owned telephone equipment.
