University Planning
The Vice Chancellor for Information Technology Services (ITS) has planning responsibilities for the ITS division. In addition, the Chancellor has asked that the VC-ITS coordinate planning across divisions in these areas:
- Five-year strategic plan (The UNCG Plan 2003-2008)
- One-year strategic plan (High Priority Goal Clusters for 2007-2008) and the Executive Staff's annual planning retreat
- Annual assessment of planning outcomes (Planning Outcomes 2006-2007 ) (PDF: requires a reader such as Adobe Reader)
- Deliberations of the University Planning Council
- Maintenance of The University Policy Manual and University organizational charts
- Oversight of University facility use by outside groups
