Cisco offers on-demand self-service support through their online help portal: Cisco Help Central. Shortcuts to the help documentation for the products we use at UNCG can be found below:

For support using the WebEx tool from within Canvas, please see the vendor's help documentation (PDF: requires a reader such as Adobe Reader), starting on Page 3.

Vendor Support (Cisco)

WebEx Phone Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for UNCG account holders by calling 1-866-229-3239. For other support options, log into your account at either http://uncg.webex.com or http://uncg-students.webex.com, then click My WebEx in the menu bar and select Support at left.

Local Onsite Support

If you have any other questions about WebEx @ UNCG, please contact the Instructional Technology Consultant (ITC) for your school (for questions from Faculty and Staff), or contact 6-TECH at (336) 256-TECH (8324) or 6-TECH@uncg.edu.
