As one of several services, within the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) Information Technology Services (ITS), the Research Computing Services (RCS) mission is to support the unique computing needs of UNCG’s diverse community of researchers by developing shared computing resources, as well as coordinating and facilitating access to state and national computing resources. RCS also offers specialized services that would be difficult for individual researchers or departments to provide internally.
RCS’s two main focus services are High Performance Computing (HPC) and Research Technology Assistance.
