- Transfer articulation
- Transcript requests
- Hold management (Viewing/lifting)
- Majors/minors changes
- HR functions
- All staff functions will be unavailable
Reporting
- Banner/ODS reporting
DegreeWorks
- Degree progress reports
- “What If” reports
Schedule Hero
- Fall and Spring course schedules
- New registrations
- Changes to existing schedules
CAT and CIM (Course Catalog)
- Course and curriculum updates (New/amend)
Important notes
These upgrades are scheduled during non-business hours to minimize disruption. Key users in each department will test the system after the upgrades. Normal operations are expected to resume on Saturday, January 18, at 12:31 p.m.
