Who: Students, faculty, and staff
What: ITS will perform scheduled maintenance that may intermittently impact:
- Internet connectivity (including voice services, which rely on internet access)
- UNCG’s Azure ExpressRoute (connectivity to our Microsoft Azure instance)
When: Friday, August 8, 2025, from 5:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Why: This maintenance is part of our ongoing efforts to maintain and improve network reliability and performance.
Do I Need to Do Anything?
No action is required. While we do not anticipate an extended outage due to redundant connections, please plan for possible brief interruptions to internet access and connectivity to Azure during the maintenance window.
