Microsoft has reported that they have resolved the issue and ITS has confirmed that phone services have been restored.

Information Technology Services is aware of an issue with Campus telephone services and is actively working with Microsoft to resolve the issue.
Individuals attempting to contact University offices by phone may experience disruptions. Until service is restored, we recommend reaching out via email or visiting in person.
