As part of UNCG’s continued efforts to modernize technology services, Information Technology Services (ITS) is retiring the Argos reporting platform. Argos will no longer be available after May 30, 2025.
All Argos users should now have access to the WebFOCUS Student Portal, which offers enhanced reporting features and improved accuracy. We encourage all users to begin using WebFOCUS as soon as possible to ensure a smooth transition.
What You Need to Know:
- Argos ends May 30, 2025: Users can continue to run Argos reports through May 30, 2025. However, please note that some reports have been revised in WebFOCUS to improve accuracy. This means you may see differences in data between the two platforms.
- Reports have been moved: All Argos reports have been migrated to WebFOCUS and thoroughly tested for accuracy. Users who run into issues with a report in WebFOCUS are encouraged to submit a Problem Ticket.
- Access requirements: To use the WebFOCUS Student Portal, users must complete the latest versions of ITS Security Awareness Training and FERPA Training. These trainings are required annually to maintain access.
- Training and support available: Training materials are on the IREDM website. For questions, please submit a General Inquiry Ticket.
