ITS is aware of issues affecting access to Banner-related services, including (but not limited to): 

  • Banner Admin Pages 
  • Self-Service Banner (Genie) 
  • UC4/AppWorx 
  • Schedule Hero 
  • Degree Works 
  • WebFocus
  • ePrint

Staff are actively investigating and will provide updates as information becomes available.
