Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of an issue with campus telephone services and is actively working to resolve the issue.
Individuals attempting to contact university offices by phone may experience disruptions. Until services are restored, we recommend reaching out via email or visiting in person.
What is working:
- Microsoft Teams chat, meetings, and calling between UNCG faculty and staff
- Internal phone calls between campus extensions
What’s not working:
- Receiving phone calls from people outside the university phone system
- Some campus phone numbers, that are not within Teams, may not connect
