Amazon Web Services (AWS) is reporting that the issue has been resolved, and ITS has confirmed that affected services are now accessible.
All previously impacted services, including Canvas, Adobe, Qualtrics, KnowBe4, and UNCGenie, are now functioning normally.
ITS will continue to monitor system performance to ensure stability. If you continue to experience problems, please contact 6-TECH.

The outage is still ongoing. Amazon Web Services (AWS) has not yet reported a full resolution of the issue. Many services remain intermittently unavailable or slow to load.
ITS will continue to monitor the situation and will provide additional updates as information becomes available.

What’s Happening?
ITS is aware of an issue affecting access to the following services:
- Adobe (Creative Cloud and Express)
- Canvas (learning management system)
- Qualtrics (survey platform)
- KnowBe4 (security awareness training platform)
- International Student and Scholar Services Portal (isss.uncg.edu)
- UNCGenie (Ellucian Experience Portal)
(Additional services will be added as reports are confirmed.)
This outage is the result of a widespread Amazon Web Services (AWS) disruption affecting multiple institutions and platforms nationwide.
ITS is monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available.

Temporary Workaround
For UNCGenie (Ellucian Experience Portal) users, you can temporarily access services directly at https://erp-generalssb.uncg.edu/ using single sign-on (SSO).
Once logged in, use the four-square menu in the top left corner to navigate to other areas.
At this time, there are no other workarounds available. Access to other affected services and their related integrations may remain unavailable or slow to load until AWS restores service.
