Who: Students, faculty, and staff who use Canvas.
What: Canvas will be unavailable for up to 15 minutes during scheduled emergency maintenance.
When: Monday, Sept. 22, 2025, from 2 – 2:15 a.m.
Why: Instructure is performing emergency maintenance on UNCG’s Canvas instance outside of the regular schedule. This downtime is necessary to ensure continued system performance and reliability.
Do I Need to Do Anything?
Save any work in Canvas before the scheduled maintenance window. Canvas may be inaccessible for up to 15 minutes.
