Update (Resolved): Multiple Services Outage | Monday, Oct. 20 

Update Posted Tuesday, Oct. 21, 9:15 a.m. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is reporting that the issue has been resolved, and ITS has confirmed that affected services are now accessible.
