If you continue to experience issues:
- Restart the Microsoft Teams app.
- If the issue persists, restart your computer.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware that some users in our environment are experiencing issues in Microsoft Teams. Affected users may be unable to open Teams channels, share new files, or view previously shared files.
Microsoft is aware of the issue and is actively working to resolve it. UNCG ITS is monitoring the situation and will provide updates as information becomes available.
