What: Automatic installation of the Microsoft Company Portal app.
When: Tuesday, July 15, 2025.
Why: As part of ongoing improvements to how we manage and support your work devices, the Microsoft Company Portal app will be installed automatically on your computer. This app will replace the current Application Catalog (AppCat) later this fall.
What is the Company Portal?
The Microsoft Company Portal is a secure app that helps you access university-approved tools, apps, and services. It provides an updated, more efficient way to get the software and resources you need on your work device.
Do I Need to Do Anything?
No. The app will install automatically on your computer on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. You can ignore it for now—no action is required from you.
