Multiple Services Outage or Degradation

Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of issues affecting an Azure node, which caused some services to become degraded or unavailable. The incident began at 10:50 a.m. today. 

ITS is actively communicating with Microsoft to address this issue. We believe the issue is currently resolved. However, our ITS team will continue to monitor the situation to ensure stability.  

Some Affected Services Include: 

  • Printing 
  • Mapped Drives (including SpartanDrive) 
  • Secure Desktop
