Update: (Resolved) ServiceNow Outage

Today, Monday, August 26, 2024, at 3:33 p.m., ServiceNow reported a potential issue with an Internet Service Provider that impacted their service. As of 5:43 p.m., ServiceNow confirms the issue has been resolved.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is investigating an issue that is intermittently impacting our ServiceNow instance and the 6-TECH Online Service Portal – https://6-TECH.uncg.edu. If you try to access either, you may see a “The connection has timed out” error message. The problem appears to be coming from ServiceNow’s hosting environment.
