Information Technology Services (ITS) is investigating an issue affecting inbound calls to Microsoft Teams Call Queues. When a UNCG user answers an inbound call from an external number routed through a Call Queue, the call drops. In some cases, Microsoft Teams then attempts to call the external number or the auto attendant back.
ITS has opened a case with Microsoft and is actively working to identify the cause of the issue.
Workaround:
There is currently no confirmed workaround. Affected users are encouraged to review their call history and missed calls log in Teams to identify any dropped or redirected calls.
