Outbound calling from UNCG continues to work as expected.

Segra, UNCG’s telephony carrier, has since confirmed that the issue is related to a known bug in their equipment that connects with our systems. ITS is working with Segra at escalated support levels to determine when a permanent fix will be applied.

ITS will continue to monitor call performance closely and provide updates as we learn more.

If you continue to have trouble placing outbound calls, please notify 6-TECH.
