All University phone numbers are functioning normally.

ITS is aware of an issue affecting access to the following service(s):
- Incoming calls to UNCG phone numbers
- Police Department (PD) phone lines
- Call Center phone queues
Users calling from off-campus numbers (such as cell phones) may not be able to reach UNCG phone numbers at this time. Calls from on-campus phones may still connect, and outbound calls appear to be working normally.
The issue appears to be related to a regional telecommunications outage affecting parts of both North and South Carolina. UNCG is working with our service provider to investigate.
